Stryn Sommerski

The alpine center Stryn Sommerski is located on Strynefjellet. The ski center is located along the national tourist road Gamle Strynefjellsveien, which is closed during winter from October to the end of May. The facility is located on Tystigbreen and offers many different experiences in the summer snow. The center opens at the end of May and is usually open until July – depending on the snow levels.

The highest point on the facility is a whopping 1,300 meters above sea level and takes you all the way up to the glacier basin, where there are also opportunities for free riding at your own risk. The resort has 3 ski lifts, 4 runs and a terrain park, so there really is something for everyone here. Stryn Sommerskisenter is also the starting point for glacier hiking on Tystigbreen.
